If you host an "Into the Light" event, you will present a  unique artistic live performance that is exciting, mystic, educational, and vibrant. This captivating experience incorporates music, a photo slideshow, and tastes that will transport your clients, friends, and guests on a once-in-a-lifetime journey, allowing them to deeply connect with the profound meanings behind the enigmatic celebration known as the Day of the Dead. This artwork is a precise example of the ingenuity of Mexican culture.

What you need?

To set up an event for your clients and friends, you will need a few items that are easy to obtain. Please note that the requirements may vary depending on the number of guests and the size of your venue. Here is a list of the necessary items:

- A projector or TV screens.
- A laptop computer.
- An acoustic guitar.
- A Wireless microphone and speakers (if needed, depending on the size of the venue).
- Candles and Flowers. If posible Yellow and orange colored.

To create the mood

It is crucial to bear in mind that this event is centered around a mystical cultural celebration. The artist requires your assistance in creating the appropriate atmosphere. Therefore, the 'Into the Light' experience is an intimate, invite-only event. Once the show starts, no one else will be permitted into the venue, as any distractions could disrupt the audience's attention and the artistic performance.".

The performance lasts around 45 to 60 minutes, and it needs to take place in the evening or at night when the light is almost gone. During this time, the kitchen cannot operate, and the venue must remain silent. Once the artistic experience concludes, the venue can open its doors, and both the kitchen and bar can return to normal operation.

Do i need close my place?

The answer is No!, This event only needs a couple of hours to install and check the audio and video, and to decorate. This can be done earlier when there´s less clients or before open. Of corse the only time the place will be close is while the artistic performance is happening.

This event is a dinner?

The answer is No! The experience gives the guests and clients a small taste as part of the performance, but it is not a full meal or cocktail. So, you can organize a dinner at the end of  "Into The Light" experience. Just remember to coordinate with our team to ensure that we are on the same page.

This event could be a wonderful opportunity to bring together friends. Your guests can invite or call people to join us after the scheduled presentation time."

Tools to promote.

The next step is to let people know that you are hosting this unique experience for one night. The seats are limited in the city, and you are the only one who has the keys to get in. To promote the event, we will provide you with a designed post and a short video to share on your social media to engage the public. Additionally, we will set up an informative page on our website for your event.

How do reservations and tickets work?

As you are familiar with your venue, you have control over the process. All we need is confirmation of the number of seats required. We kindly request each attendee to contribute a minimum donation as a gesture of appreciation for the effort put into creating this truly special artistic event. A percentage of this donation will cover the cost of a drink and a snack provided by the host venue for each attendee. Each venue operates differently with its clients, so we can collaborate to determine the most effective approach for reserving and selling seats. This way, we can ensure that both your venue and our act enjoy full attendance.(The minimum to donate is subject to adjustment based on conversations with the host.)
